Transaction in own shares

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that on 28 November 2017 the Company purchased for cancellation 200,000 subscription shares of 0.005p each at a price of 32.75p per share.

Therefore, the total number of subscription shares in issue in the Company is now 33,558,557.

The number of ordinary shares in issue remains the same (212,300,479) and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
