Publication of Prospectus in relation to the Scheme

The Board of Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the Company has today published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection with the re-domiciliation of UEM Limited to the United Kingdom and issue of ordinary shares pursuant to the Scheme.

A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and on the Company's website: www.uem.limited.
