The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that on 13 February 2018 the Company purchased for cancellation 300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 220p per share.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 210,406,455.
