Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that it is today posting to holders of Subscription Shares a notice reminding them of their rights to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at the Subscription Price of 183 pence per share on 28 February 2018 and setting out the process to be followed and the deadline for applications.

This is the last subscription date.  Following the subscription date on 28 February 2018, holders of Subscription Shares will not have subsequent opportunities to exercise their Subscription Share rights.
