The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that on 1 November 2017 the Company purchased for cancellation 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 227p per share.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 214,226,276.
