The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Limited ("the Company") announces that on 28 September 2017 the Company purchased for cancellation 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 217.4051p per share.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 215,226,276.
