£50 million Multicurrency Revolving Facility Agreement

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc is pleased to announce that it has entered into a three year unsecured £50 million multicurrency revolving facility agreement with Scotiabank Europe PLC maturing on 3 April 2021. 

This new facility replaces the £50 million senior secured multicurrency revolving facility agreement between Utilico Emerging Markets Limited and Scotiabank Europe PLC which was due to expire on 27 April 2018.
