Appointment of Joint Portfolio Manager

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc ("UEM" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that ICM has appointed Jacqueline Broers as joint portfolio manager alongside Charles Jillings with immediate effect. 

Ms Broers, who joined ICM in 2010, has been involved in the management of UEM since that time and was appointed deputy portfolio manager in 2021.  Mr Jillings has been portfolio manager of the Company since its IPO in 2005.
