As indicated in the Company's annual report and accounts, UEM announces that Mr Alex Zagoreos has retired from the Board of UEM at the annual general meeting held earlier today, 20 September 2016. 

Mr John Rennocks has been elected as Chairman of UEM with immediate effect.
