New auditor appointed for USU Software AG

Upon the request of the Management Board of USU Software AG (USU), Amtsgericht Stuttgart (the district court of Stuttgart), has appointed the Ebner Stolz GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft auditing and tax consultancy firm, based in Stuttgart, as the annual auditor for fiscal year 2017.

This is due to the originally selected annual auditor’s decision to retract his declaration of independence.

“The reasons for the previous auditor’s statement are purely of statutory nature and are by no means connected with the audit to be conducted for USU Software AG,” states Bernhard Oberschmidt, Chief Executive Officer of USU Software AG.

Furthermore, the Management Board confirms the target figures for full year 2017, which were announced in November. According to this, the revenues are expected to rise to EUR 83-86 million – with an adjusted EBIT of EUR 6-8 million. The change in the auditor will not have an impact on the publication dates regarding information pertaining to the economic situation of USU. These dates are listed in the financial calendar on the website.
