März 2000 – Openshop, Hersteller hochinnovativer eCommerce-Software der nächsten Generation, hat eine umfangreiche strategische Partnerschaft mit dem Telekommunikations- und Internet Service Provider TelDaFax AG, Marburg, vereinbart. Aus der Zusammenarbeit streben beide Partner mittelfristig einen Umsatz von mehreren Millionen DM für die Openshop-Gruppe an. Die Kooperation erlaubt es TelDaFax, seinen Geschäftskunden die gesamte Palette der Openshop- Technologie anzubieten. Darüber hinaus realisiert Openshop für TelDaFax einen virtuellen Marktplatz, über den der Vertrieb von Mobilfunkprodukten der kürzlich erworbenen Mobilfunktochter abgewickelt werden soll. Über diese Plattform können künftig auch die über 1.200 Fachhändler der TelDaFax-Gruppe online ihre Geschäftsprozesse mit TelDaFax abwickeln. Mit TelDaFax gewinnt Openshop einen führenden Telekommunikations- und Internet Service Provider (ISP) als Kunden, vor allem für die Multi-Vendor-Systeme der Hosting-Produktlinie von Openshop, in welchen eine beliebige Anzahl von Online-Shops eingerichtet werden kann. Die Shops können direkt über das Internet innerhalb weniger Minuten installiert und gepflegt werden. Seit der Produkteinführung im September 1999 haben sich unter anderem die Unternehmen Nacamar, ComBox, VEW Telnet, DCI und Cybernet für den Einsatz der Hosting-Produkte von Openshop entschieden.
