USU Software AG takes over EASYTRUST, the French specialist for data center inventory & Oracle license management

USU Software AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE000A0BVU28), Möglingen, (“USU”) signed a contract today to acquire all shares in EASYTRUST SAS, La Garenne Colombes, France (“EASYTRUST”). USU is taking over the software license management specialist effective January 1, 2017. The acquisition of EASYTRUST means the USU Group will boost its value creation in IT management and its international footprint in the key French market. The purchase price will be paid in cash and is EUR4.75 million.

EASYTRUST is a highly specialized software provider and an expert in the automatic recognition and analysis of hardware and software in complex infrastructures. EASYTRUST’s solutions ensure that up-to-date, complete and comprehensible information on the IT landscape is available at all times. The firm’s specialties include the recognition of software and hardware in large data centers. Part of this portfolio, EASYTRUST for Oracle is an “Oracle verified” measuring and optimization component for Oracle products. EASYTRUST thus provides important data for the USU subsidiary Aspera’s license management and underscores its market position as the world’s only one-stop full-service provider for license management.

EASYTRUST was founded in 2010 and currently has 29 employees. Its customers include well-known companies such as YVES ROCHER, SAFRAN and CANAL+. EASYTRUST increased its revenue in fiscal 2016 by 30% year on year to around EUR4.0 million.
