The members of the Management and Supervisory Boards of USU-Openshop AG and USU AG wish to thank Dr Frank-Oliver Lehmann for his commitment and support. Following the successful progress of integration of USU AG into USU-Openshop AG, Mr Udo Strehl will stand for election to the Supervisory Board of USU- Openshop AG at the Annual General Meeting on July 4, 2002 and retire from the Management Board at USU-Openshop AG and USU AG, as announced in November 2001. It is also scheduled that Udo Strehl takes over the vacant position on the Supervisory Board of USU AG.
