The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Orientation of strategy and changes on the Management Board The Management Board and Supervisory Board of USU-Openshop AG discussed the orientation of the company strategy in great detail during their meeting held yesterday. The focus on the company’s core competencies and a comprehensive bundling of operating business were addressed. USU-Openshop AG intends to position itself in two segments in the future: as a solutions provider for knowledge-driven business processes and as a provider of IT Controlling products. The consistent customer-orientation will continue to be at the forefront of the corporate policy. Both segments will continue to be managed by the established divisional management of the company. In the context of this re-orientation the Management Board members Bruno Rücker and Harald Weimer will retire from the Management Board of USU-Openshop AG with immediate effect. At the same time, Harald Weimer also retired from the Management Board of USU AG at his own request. The Supervisory Board wishes to thank Bruno Rücker and Harald Weimer for their commitment and achievements in developing the strategic orientation. In future Bernhard Oberschmidt will resume the responsibility of Spokesperson of the Board of Management of USU-Openshop AG and USU AG.
