Further to our earlier intimation, in accordance with the Company's Coae of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for 'Designated Persons' and 'Insider' of the Company till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020.
