Further to our intimation dated 14th August 2023 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), wherein the Company had disclosed about the Corporate Guarantee issued by the Company on behalf of Usha Siam Steel Industries Public Company Limited, Thailand (Subsidiary of the Company) to Export Import Bank of India amounting to USD 5 Million, the Company would now like to intimate that the said Corporate Guarantee has been released by Export Import Bank of India.

The said intimation of release of Corporate Guarantee was received by the Company today at 05:33 P.M. from the said Bank.
