Further to our intimation dated 14[th] August 2023 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with respect to a Corporate Guarantee issued by the Company on behalf of Brunton Wire Ropes FZCo., UAE (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company) to Export Import Bank of India amounting to USD 5 Million, the Company would now like to intimate that the said Corporate Guarantee has been released by Export Import Bank of India.

The said intimation of release of Corporate Guarantee was received by the Company today at 11: 31 A.M. from the said Bank.

This disclosure is also being made available on the Company’s website i.e. www.ushamartin.com.
