Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that India Ratings and Research Pvt. Ltd. has upgraded the Company's Long-term Issuer Rating from 'IND A-' to 'IND A'. The rating agency has also affirmed its rating assigned to Short-term credit facilities at ‘IND A1’ and assigned rating of ‘IND A1’ to commercial paper programme of the Company. The outlook is stable.

We have received an intimation from the aforementioned Rating Agency today in this regard. The relevant press release by the Rating Agency is available on the website of the Agency.
