The Board of Directors of the Company has today approved the appointment of Mr. Devadip Bhowmik as Additional Director (Whole Time) to hold office till the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. His term as Whole Time Director will be for a period of five (5) years effective today i.e. 15th March 2021 to 14th March 2026.
Mr. Bhowmik is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
