The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today has:-

a) Approved the appointment of Mr. Venkatachalam Ramakrishna Iyer (DIN: 02194830) and Mr. Sethurathnam Ravi (DIN: 00009790) as Additional Independent Directors of the Company to hold office till the forthcoming General Meeting of the Company.

Both Mr. Venkatachalam Ramakrishna Iyer and Mr. Sethurathnam Ravi are not related to any Director of the Company and are not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
