This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 20[th ] January 2020 has, subject to such approvals as may be necessary including that of shareholders, re­ appointed Mr. Pravin Kumar Jain as Joint Managing Director (DIN: 02583519) of the Company for a period of about one year till 31[st ] January 2021.

Mr. Jain is B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) and MBA (General Management & Finance) and commands rich experience of nearly four decades in operations, project implementation, product marketing, brand building, setting up dealers and distribution networks apart from in fields of. production, maintenance quality cost optimization etc. He has been associated with the Company for over three decades.

He is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

Further, the Board has designated Mr. Mukesh Rohatgi, Independent Director as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
