This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today has, subject to such approvals as may be necessary including that of shareholders, re-appointed Mr. Pravin Kumar Jain as Jt. Managing Director (Wire & Wire Rope Business) (DIN: 02583519) of the Company for a period of about one year till 31[st] January 2020.

Mr. Jain is B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) and MBA (General Management & Finance) and commands rich experience in operations, project implementation, product marketing, brand building, setting up dealers and distribution networks apart from in fields of production, maintenance quality cost optimization etc. He has been associated with the Company for over two decades.

Other than Mr. Jain, no other Director is related in this matter.
