• ii. Mr Anirban Sanyal was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 10[th] April 2019.

• iii. It was noted that Mr Basant Kumar Jhawar [83 years of age], would not continue as NonExecutive Director beyond 31[st] March 2019 in view of voting results of Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 30[th] March 2019 as intimated earlier to stock exchanges on same day.

• iv. It was noted that Mr. G N Bajpai has ceased to be the Director and Chairman effective 1[st] April 2019 as informed by him vide his letter dated 28[th] March 2019 which was earlier intimated to stock exchanges on same day.
