• iii. It was noted that Mr Basant Kumar Jhawar [83 years of age], would not continue as Non-Executive Director beyond 31st March 2019 in view of voting results of Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 30^th March 2019 as intimated earlier to stock exchanges on same day.
• iv. It was noted that Mr. G N Bajpai has ceased to be the Director and Chairman effective 1st April 2019 as informed by him vide his letter dated 28^th March 2019 which was earlier intimated to stock exchanges on same day.
