USCOM LIMITED – ISSUE OF SHARES CLEANSING NOTICE

On 31 July 2015, Uscom Limited ( Uscom ) issued 287,500 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) as set out in the Appendix 3B also released to the ASX.

Uscom gives this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

Uscom gives notice that:

1. Uscom issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. as at the date of this notice, Uscom has complied with:

3. (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Uscom; and

4. (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

5. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” (as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act).
