Uscom China Ranked AAA Credit Enterprise

SYDNEY, Australia, Monday 5[th] July 2021: Uscom Limited (ASX code: UCM) (the Company or Uscom ) today notified the market that Uscom China, a wholly owned subsidiary of Uscom Limited, has been recognised as a AAA Credit Enterprise by China Credit Enterprise Publicity Network.

AAA (the highest credit ranking) is granted to Uscom China according to GB/T23794-2015 standard, based on the company’s credit record, operating conditions, debt risks, development prospect, social comments and public recognition. The credit ranking is formally announced to the society after the all-round strict and comprehensive assessment. The certificate is valid for three years to June 8[th] 2024.

Uscom China got AAA ranking for its awareness of quality, service, contracts, and credibility, and is honored as “Enterprise with Integrity for Quality and Service” and “Sample Site of Business with Integrity”. The AAA ranking improves credibility to some tenders and Government grants, and demonstrates strengths to support strategic partnership with manufacturers and distributors.

Background:

Uscom has operated in China for over 15 years, and in 2018 opened its wholly owned Uscom China subsidiary in Beijing, appointing Ms Teresa Guo as General Manager. This award further recognises the talent of the management in Uscom China as it has rapidly evolved to be Uscom’s fastest growing and largest global subsidiary establishing a rapidly expanded sales and distribution network and delivering the USCOM 1A into China’s regional hospitals. The noninvasive ultrasonic Doppler hemodynamic monitor (featured by USCOM 1A) was recommended as a preferred method for management of severe COVID-19 infection by National Health Commision of PRC, and USCOM 1A was used in more than 56 COVID-19 designated China hospitals.

awarded National High Technology Enterprise status by the High Torch branch of the PRC Ministry of Science and Technology in December 2020.

Uscom also received NMPA approval for sale of its patent protected BP+ into the Chinese market in May, and is currently identifying specialised sales teams in preparation for China and international marketing. Uscom China has recently lodged NMPA applications for two new Uscom monitors, the O2 and the Basic monitors designed for advanced and entry level digital ultrasonic cardiovascular monitoring, and the Uscom SpiroSonic devices. These are expected to be NMPA approved over the next 12-18 mths.

The Uscom BP+ replaces conventional and more widespread sub-systolic blood pressure monitors, and is the emerging standard of care measurement in hypertension, heart failure and vascular health. The Uscom BP+ provides a highly accurate and repeatable measurement of central and brachial blood pressure and pulse pressure waveforms using a familiar upper arm cuff. The BP+ is simple to use and requires no complex training with applications in hypertension and pre-eclampsia, heart failure, intensive care, general practice and home care. Uscom SpiroSonic digital multi-path ultrasonic spirometers : High fidelity, digital, pulmonary function testing devices based on multi path ultrasound technology. They require no calibration, are simple to disinfect, and are simple and accurate to use providing research quality pulmonary function testing in small hand held devices that can be used in research, clinical and home care environments. The devices can be coupled with mobile phone apps and proprietary SpiroSonic software, SpiroReporter , with wireless interfacing to provide remote telemonitoring of pulmonary disease. The devices are specialised for assessment of COPD, sleep disordered breathing, asthma, occupational lung disease and monitoring of pulmonary therapeutic compliance.

VENTITEST digital ultrasonic ventilator testing solution is a new system for testing ventilators.
