Uscom Quarterly Results Commentary

Tuesday 1st of May 2012: Uscom (ASX code: UCM).

Uscom provides the following additional commentary to its recent Appendix 4C.

Cash flow was impacted during the quarter by additional expenses from costs associated with the management restructuring in December last year. The slow economic recovery in the US, Chinese New Year and the Thailand floods combined to contain Q3 revenues.

While sales are returning to the Company, up front sales costs impacted our cash reserve. We are in the process of re-activating our global distribution and this has seen a number of new orders awaiting final financial sign off. In addition we are currently expecting investigating strategies to increase revenue through product diversification and capital raising options should cash flow not respond as anticipated.

China remains a key focus for USCOM sales efforts and Eastern European markets continue to provide steady sales prospects.
