Short Term Loans

Uscom Limited has arranged a loan from its Executive Chairman, Assoc. Prof Robert Phillips. The terms of the loan are as follows:

Amount	A$1,000,000
Purpose	Working capital
Interest rate	15% payable monthly
Security	Unsecured
Term	Repayable on 30 June 2026

The amount currently drawndown is $250,000.

Uscom Limited has also secured a loan from an unrelated entity (Jetan Pty Limited) as follows:

Purpose	Working capital
Interest rate	15% payable monthly
Security	Unsecured
Term	Repayable on 30 June 2026

The amount currently drawndown is $300,000.
