Uscom Limited (ASX Code: UCM) (Uscom) – Request for Voluntary Suspension
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Uscom requests a voluntary suspension of its ordinary shares from trading from the commencement of trading today, 17 July 2015.
Further to our letter to you dated 15 July 2015, the Company has been working to finalise a capital raising and transaction, which has required additional time to complete.
The voluntary suspension is requested until an announcement is made to the market regarding the outcome of the capital raising and transaction, which is expected prior to the opening of trading on Monday 20 July 2015.
The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended from trading.
