MR ROB PHILLIPS UNDERTAKING PER PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Thursday 9th of December, 2010: Uscom (ASX code: UCM). Uscom Limited today announced as part of the private placement process that Mr. Rob Phillips has undertaken not to exercise his voting power as a shareholder in a manner inconsistent with the recommendations of the Board at meetings of shareholders nor call for a meeting of shareholders to be convened to remove any members of the Board for the 24 month period following the appointment of Mr. Phil Kiely and not veto Mr. Kiely options package.
This undertaking lapses if Mr. Phil Kiely resigns from the Board.
