Director resignation
Wednesday 31st of August 2011: Uscom (ASX code: UCM).
Uscom announces today that it has received the resignation of Mr. Bruce Rathie as a director of the company effective immediately.
Mr. Rathie sited increasing commitments elsewhere for his departure.
The board thanks Mr. Rathie for his contributions to the company over the past 4 years and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
