2023 Annual General Meeting

Uscom Limited (“the Company”) advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at Suite 2, Level 8, 66 Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW on Thursday, 26 October 2023 at 11.30am AEDT (“the Meeting”).

Notice of Meeting

The Notice of Meeting was released online and emailed to shareholders on 25 September 2023. You can view and download the Notice of Meeting at: https://www.uscom.com.au/for-investors/agm/.

This year we will not be sending you a hard copy of the Notice of Meeting and Shareholder Voting Form by post ahead of the AGM. Notwithstanding this, if you would like to receive a hard copy of those documents, please contact our share registry, Boardroom, on 1300 737 760 (within Australia) or +61 2 9290 9600 (outside Australia).
