Subject: Intimation of ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of Reminder for payment of First call and Notice for payment of Second and Final call to the holders of partly paid-up equity shares issued on Rights basis

Ref: Disclosure under Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir/Mam

Pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated 8[th] January, 2021, the Company had issued and allotted, on rights basis 5,00,00,000 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of ₹1/(“Rights Equity Shares”) at a price of ₹5/- per Right Equity Share (including securities premium of ₹ 4/- per Right Equity Share).

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20[th] December, 2021 has approved the following:

1. Issuance of reminder cum final notice to the holders of the Rs. 0.25/- partly paid up shares. They will be required to pay the First Call money along with Second and Final Call Money.

2. Issuance of Second and Final Call Notice to the holders of Rs. 0.50/- partly paid up shares.

Further in this regard, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors has fixed Thursday , 30[th] December, 2021 as the ‘ Record Date ’ for the purpose of determining the holders of the partly paid-up equity shares who shall be liable to pay the Second and Final call money between Tuesday, January 11, 2022 to Tuesday, January, 25, 2022 (both days inclusive).

Detailed terms and conditions will be disclosed in the Notice.

There will be no trading of the ₹ 0.50 partly paid-up equity shares of the Company (ISIN: IN9550C01028) on the Stock Exchanges with effect from 29[th] December, 2021 on account of the Second and Final Call. The Last date of trading of these partly paid up equity shares will be December 28, 2021.

Also note that trading in the ₹ 0.25 partly paid-up equity shares of the Company (ISIN: IN9550C01010) on the Stock Exchanges is already suspended with effect from 22[nd ] September 2021.
