We hereby inform that Urja Global Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ogata Motors India Private Limited, Plot No. 97, Sector – 8, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122051 for manufacturing of Electric Vehicles (E – Scooters, E- Autos and E – Cars) in the National Capital i.e. Delhi on June 23, 2020 and approved the same in the Board Meeting held on June 27, 2020.

The necessary disclosure in terms of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements), 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-I hereto.
