Urban Logistics announces that Nigel Rich, independent Non-Executive Chairman, and Richard Moffitt, Non independent Non-Executive Director, have purchased 100,000 and 58,824 shares in the Company respectively as part of the oversubscribed Initial Placing, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer by the Company, at a price of 170 pence per Ordinary Share, as announced on 2 December 2021.

As a result, Nigel Rich and Richard Moffitt's interest in the share capital of the Company is 540,536 and 1,142,843 Ordinary Shares respectively.
