Urban Logistics announces that Nigel Rich, independent Non-Executive Chairman, and Richard Moffitt, Non independent Non-Executive Director, have purchased 75,000 and 64,516 shares in the Company respectively as part of the recent equity issuance by the Company, at a price of 155 pence per Ordinary Share, as announced on 9 July 2021.

As a result, Nigel Rich and Richard Moffitt's interest in the share capital of the Company is 440,536 and 462,878 Ordinary Shares respectively.
