Result of Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 3.00 p.m. on 30 June 2021, all of the resolutions were duly passed, save for Resolution 4 concerning the re-appointment of Charles Morgan who indicated that his intention to retire as a director prior to the holding of the AGM.
