Uponor appoints Bill Gray new President for North America

Mr. William (Bill) Gray, B.Com. (Finance and Marketing) and B.A., 46, Canadian
and British citizen, has been appointed President, Uponor North America and
member of the Executive Committee at Uponor Group, effective from 15 February
2012.

Bill has served as Vice President, Sales since June 2011, responsible for the
leadership of all Uponor North American sales efforts in the U.S. and Canada.
Previously, he was general manager for Uponor Ltd. in Canada for three years
where he oversaw all Canadian operations, including sales, marketing, demand
management and technical and customer service.

Prior to joining Uponor, Gray worked in various Canadian businesses, most
recently at ITT Corporation.

In his new position as President, Uponor North America, Bill Gray will report
to President and CEO Jyri Luomakoski.
