Uponor Corporation's financial calendar in 2015

A bulletin on Uponor Corporation's financial statements for 2014 will be
published on Thursday 12 February 2015 at 8.00 am EET. The financial statements
2014 will be published later in the same day.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 17 March 2015 at 17.00 EET.
An official invitation to the meeting will be published later. Shareholders,
who wish to have items put on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, shall
notify the company's Board of Directors thereof in writing latest by Tuesday 27
January 2015.
