Sub: Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2022 and Recommendation of Dividend

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 9th May 2022 has approved the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the year ended 31st March 2022 and the reports of the Auditors' thereon.

The Board has recommended dividend of 500% i.e. Rs. 10/- per share on equity shares of face value Rs.2/- each, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
