Sub: Buyback of Equity Shares of the Company

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 2nd March 2022 has approved the proposal to buy-back fully paid-up equity shares of the Company for an aggregate amount of not exceeding ₹ 1,100 crore (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Crores only) for a price not exceeding ₹ 875/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Seventy Five only) per Equity Share.
