This is to inform you that we have bought 23,750 equity shares of UPL Limited on 19.11.2020, and 73,500 equity shares of UPL Limited on 20.11.2020, i.e. total 97,250 equity shares of UPL Limited, representing 0.012% of the total shareholding in UPL Limited. After this acquisition, our shareholding is 3,89,85,281 equity shares representing 5.102 % of the total shareholding (calculations as per SCRR, 1957) in the Company.
