The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") held today i.e. Monday, 12th May 2025, has considered and approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025.   

The Board has recommended a dividend of 300% i.e. Rs. 6/- per equity share on equity shares of

Rs. 2/-each (on fully paid-up equity shares and partly paid-up equity shares in proportion to their share in the paid-up equity share capital), subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
