Sub: Outcome of Rights Issue Committee Meeting - Allotment of Securities

The Rights Issue Committee at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 20th December, 2024, inter-alia, considered and approved the allotment of 9,37,92,629 partly paid-up Equity Shares at an issue price of ₹ 360 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 358 per Equity Share) to eligible equity shareholders of which ₹ 90 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 89.50 per Equity Share has been paid on application ("Allotment") and the balance amount shall be payable on one or more additional calls with terms and conditions such as the number of calls and the timing and quantum of each call as may be decided by the Board / Rights Issue Committee from time to time. Further, allotment of 33,326 Rights Equity Shares has been kept in abeyance pending regulatory/other clearances.
