Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, inter alia, to consider, approve, and take on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, along with the Limited Review Reports to be issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, please find enclosed the schedule of the Earnings Call to discuss the Company’s performance for Q1 FY 2026, to be held at 16:00 hrs IST on Friday, August 1, 2025.
