Ref: Intimation letter dated 21[st] February 2024:

With reference to our intimation letter dated 21[st] February 2024, regarding the order received from Deputy commissioner (CT) ST – III , Large Tax Payers Unit, Nandanam, to pay an amount of Rs. 2,31,94,103 /- under section 73 of the Section 73 Tamilnadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, Updater Services Limited (“the Company”), had filed the rectification petition for the aforesaid order.

After due consideration, the authority through their rectification order dated 09.08.2024 vide reference no: ZD330224121228W had reduced the amount to Rs 14,99,641 /- (incl. penalty). against original demand of Rs. 2,31,94,103/- (incl. penalty)

The details of the above Order, as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023,123 dated 13[th] July, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A. this is for your information and records.
