Persons discharging managerial responsibilities "PDMR" shareholding
Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), announces that on 9th May 2022, Simon Showman sold from a personal holding 46,500 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 130p per Ordinary Share and each of his three children's ISAs each bought 15,500 Ordinary Shares all at a price of 130p per Ordinary Share.
In addition, on 9th May 2022, Graham Screawn sold from a personal holding 61,072 Ordinary Shares at a price of 130p per Ordinary Share; his ISA bought 15,268 Ordinary Shares, his wife's ISA bought 15,268 Ordinary Shares, and each of his two children's ISAs each bought 15,268 Ordinary Shares, all at 130p per Ordinary Share.

About Ultimate Products
Ultimate Products is the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, established in 1760) and Beldray (a laundry, floor care, heating and cooling brand that was established in 1872). According to its market research, nearly 80% of UK households own at least one of the Group's products.
Ultimate Products sells to over 300 retailers across 38 countries, and specialises in five product categories: Small Domestic Appliances; Housewares; Laundry; Audio; and Heating and Cooling.
