With reference to our letter dated 24 May, 2022, wherein we had intimated the "Record Date" as 10[th ] of June, 2022 for the purpose of payment of final dividend on equity/ preference shares and issue of Bonus Shares, subject to the approval of sh�reholders.

The aforesaid "Record Date" is hereby withdrawn. We will communicate the fresh "Record Date" for aforementioned purposes in due course, in compliance with the Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
