Pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench (Court-II) dated 26 February, 2024, the notice is hereby given that NCLT convened meeting(s) of Equity Shareholders and Unsecured Creditors of Uno Minda Limited (Transferee Company) and Unsecured Creditors of Kosei Minda Aluminum Co. Private Limited (Transferor Company 1), Kasei Minda Mould Private Limited (Transferor Company 2) and Minda Kasei Aluminum Wheel Private Limited (Transferor Company 3) will be held on Saturday, 20 April, 2024, as per the schedule given below to approve the Scheme of Amalgamation between Kasei Minda Aluminum Company Private Limited (Transferor Company!), Kasei Minda Mould Private Limited (Transferor Company2), Minda Kasei Aluminum Wheel Private Limited (Transferor Company3) and Uno Minda Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors ("Scheme).
