Sub:-Completion of Acquisition of Equity Stake from FRIWO Geratebau GmbH ("FRIWO GmbH") held by them in UnoMinda EV Systems Private Limited, Subsidiar of the Company

This is in continuation to our earlier communication dated February 14, 2025 on the subject matter cited above.

We wish to inform that the Company, Uno Minda Limited has completed the acquisition of 1,69,66,000 equity shares i.e., 49.90% stake of UnoMinda EV Systems Private Limited ("UnoMinda EV") from FRIWO GmbH, for a total consideration of Rs. 141,27,58,820/- (Rupee One Hundred Forty One Crore Twenty Seven Lakhs Fifty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Only).

With this acquisition, now the stake of the Company in UnoMinda EV stand increased to 100% and UnoMinda EV has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Uno Minda Limited.
